Oberholtzer & Molnar was founded by Clayton J. Oberholtzer in 1939. Since its inception, the firm has been staffed by many attorneys who have had distinguished careers in public office and in the private practice. Five previous members of the firm have served or are serving as Judge. Other members of the firm have been County Commissioner, members of a school board or municipal Law Director.
