01/01/2011 On January 1, 2011 Daniel E. Perrico became a partner in the law firm Oberholtzer, Filous, LPA. The new firm name is Oberholtzer, Filous & Perrico, LPA. Dan Perrico has spent over a decade litigating matters throughout Ohio. Dan Perrico joins the distinguished group of attorneys who have been partners of the law firm started by Clayton J. Oberholtzer in 1939. Dan Perrico’s major emphasis will be civil litigation including business litigation as well as a wide variety of administrative hearings and appeals. 11/01/2010 Oberholtzer, Filous & Perrico, LPA is pleased to announce that Christopher L. Wetherbee has accepted its offer to join the firm as its newest associate. Chris previously worked as the firm’s law clerk for two years. |

Oberholtzer, Filous & Perrico was founded by Clayton J. Oberholtzer in 1939. Since its' inception, the firm has been staffed by many attorneys who have had distinguished careers in public office and in the private practice. Four previous members of the firm have served or are serving as Judge. Other members of the firm have been County Commissioner, members of a school board or municipal Law Director. This dedication to public service underlines the firm's commitment to provide quality legal service to its' clients. |
